Nike Dunk High x DJ AM First Images

DJ AM (Adam Goldstein) was a well respected member amongst sneaker collectors for his passion and dedication to the culture. Prior to his death in August DJ AM was set to fulfill a life long dream of his with the release of his own Nike Dunk High as part of the East vs. West collection.

The release of the shoe was put on hold while Nike and Goldstein's family worked out legal issues. After months of speculation the first images of the DJ AM and Nike collaboration have hit the Internet.

A Nike Dunk High premium was selected and many personal touches were added including the DJ AM logo and Technics 1200 turntable-inspired perforations on the heel. A specific release date is yet to be determined in the mean time enjoy the few images of this already legendary release.

SNL Digital Short: 2 Worlds Collide ft. Reba McEntire

Last night's episode of SNL was one of the best of what has been a rather lackluster season. The show started off with a entertaining opening monologue/musical sequence by guest host Joseph Gordon Levitt.

And as always there was a digital short and this week's was spectacular. In this latest digital short Andy Samberg raps about his relationship with who he thinks is Country music superstar Reba McEntire.

Is New Moon Too Racy?

This Friday marks the release of the next installment of the Twilight saga, New Moon. While I'm clearly not the target audience and will never ever see it Tonight Show host Conan O'Brien announced Tuesday night that he caught a screening.

Conan states that he was shocked at some of the things he saw in the film and felt that the scenes involving the werewolf family were especially risque. To prove his point he played the following clip and after watching the clip I have to agree with him.

AirWalk X STPL x Star Trek - Airwalk Hi Terrain 2

Earlier in the year I wrote about a special collaboration between Jeff Staple and Airwalk inspired by the release of the Star Trek reboot. I made mention that there were plans to release another Star Trek inspired Airwalk Terrain Hi.

To coincide with the release of the Star Trek DVD Jeff Staple has created three new colorways based on Starfleet uniforms in divisional colorways. Red to represent Engineering (Scotty), Gold for Command (Captain Kirk), and Blue for Science (Spock).

Each colorway is adorned with the Star Trek delta insignia on back, tongue, and a metallic lace lockson front. The red and blue colorways are available in stores, while the gold colorway is a online exclusive. Each retail for $49.99 and are available now.

Air Jordan 2010 Dwayne Wade PE

The Air Jordan 2010 was officially unveiled this past Wednesday and much like last year when the Air Jordan 2009 was unveiled it was met with mixed reaction.

As the Air Jordan Brand moves forward the company's newest member Miami Heat guard Dwayne Wade is set to carry on the Brand's storied history and tradition and gave us all a sneak peek of the special model of the Air Jordan 2010 that he will play in this season via his Twitter account.

D-Wade's player edition is predominately black and has "Wade" in place where "Jordan" is on the standard model. At this time it is unknown if the Air Jordan 2010 Dwayne Wade PE will release to the general public.

Air Jordan 2010 (25) Unveiled

After months of secrecy and speculation the next shoe in the the Air Jordan line, The Air Jordan 2010, the 25th shoe in the signature line was officially unveiled today at a media event in Miami.

Famed shoe designers Mark Smith and Tinker Hatfield collaborated on the sneaker and in the process created one of the most technological basketball shoes ever crafted.

The Air Jordan 2010 will be available February 13, 2010 with a retail price set at $170. Below is a video in which Tinker Hatfield and Mark Smith breakdown the Air Jordan 2010.

It's common knowledge that the lone bright spot in SNL episodes over the past few years comes courtesy of the digital shorts. This week's digital short was no different.

In this clip guest host Taylor Swift helps parody the Twilight saga in "Firelight" where vampires and werewolves are replaced by Frankenstein and his peers which results in a hilarious two minute clip.

Women In Trouble Trailer

I've been waiting for this film to come out for the better part of the year due largely in part to me being fond of Carla Gugino and Emmanuelle Chriqui. After much anticipation on my part a official trailer has been released.

For those of you who may not know what the film is about, it follows a day in the life of ten women including a porn star, a flight attendant, a psychiatrist, a masseuse, a bartender and a pair of call girls.
