After numerous changes in the release date Jordan Brand has confirmed that the new and official release date for the Rising Sun Air Jordan XII Retro is November 21, 2009.

The New York Yankees won their 40th American League pennant after a 5-2 victory over the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim on Sunday, taking Game 6 of the AL Championship Series advancing to the World Series where they will face the Philadelphia Phillies.

Here's a little something for my fellow fanboys out there, this past weekend Adrianne Curry had a little cosplay fun at the NYC Comic Con. Adrianne dressed as Silk Spectre from Watchmen & Slave Leia.
While Adrianne's Slave Leia isn't as hot as Olivia Munn's or Kristen Bell's take on the infamous costume it's still pretty pretty pretty prettty good.

Cosmo offers us a behind the scenes look of Kim Kardashian's photo shoot for the November issue currently on newsstands.
The folks at Vitamin Water are offering a chance to create a new edition of vitamin water all the way down to the label. The winning flavor will be sold in stores starting Spring 2010.
In addition the person who creates the winning flavor will also win $5,000 cash money. To help promote this a infomercial featuring NBA guard Steve Nash and testimonial from 50 Cent who created his own flavor of vitamin water "Formula 50" several years ago.

The New York Yankees have a rich heritage and are arguably the most storied franchise of any sport. Recognizing this Nike has created a special pair of Air Trainer 1's inspired by the Yankees.
The Nike Air Trainer 1 Yankees edition features the traditional Yankees colors of Navy Blue and White, "New" and "York" embroidered on the heels and tongues, The Yankee logo stitched in the inner left tongue tab and the infamous Joe DiMaggio quote "I want to thank God for making me a Yankee" stitched into the right tongue tab.

Meghan McCain daughter of 2008 Presidential hopeful John McCain has stirred up a bit of controversy due to a picture of herself that she posted via her Twitter account.
The Picture in question (seen above) has sparked outrage and many people have gone as far as to call her a slut which, has led Meghan to contemplate shutting down her Twitter account.
From my personal perspective I see nothing wrong with the photo and I'm not just saying that due to my extremely well documented love of large ample breast (better known as Dairy Pillows around here).
Since when is it a crime to dress comfortably in your own home? If Meghan wants to wear tank tops with Laurel and Hardy halfway popping out then so be it. I see no reason for anyone to criticize her or any other female who is gracious enough to take such magnificent photos (which should be sent to me immediately when found).
A new song by the late "King of Pop" Michael Jackson was released at midnight via Michael's Website to the delight of his fans.
The song titled This Is It coincides with the release of the upcoming film of the same name that will be comprised of hours of rehearsal footage of Michael preparing for what was to be his last concert tour prior to his untimely death.
This Is It will be available on the This Is It soundtrack October 27th while the film will hit theaters the following day on October 28th.

While the trailer isn't due to "officially" be released for another week, the first full trailer for Toy Story 3 has leaked. The trailer is absolutely stunning and shows how far Pixar has progressed since Toy Story 2 came out 10 years ago.
Toy Story 3 will follow Woody, Buzz and the rest of the Toys as they deal with Andy heading off to college and being dropped off at a day care. Toy Story 3 will be in theaters June 18, 2009.

The pictorial coincides with the 20th anniversary of The Simpsons. The November issue of Playboy will arrive at newsstands October 16.

A new photo from the set of The Green Hornet live action film has been released. The photo depicts star Seth Rogen in full Green Hornet attire springing into action.
Rogen co-wrote the script with his writing partner Even Goldberg,with Michel Gondry(Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind) directing.
The Green Hornet is due in theaters December 2010.
