Pictures of the upcoming Air Jordan 1 Retro "Hare" inspired by the Air Jordan VII have begun to surface online. The AJ1 "Hare" takes several elements from the highly sought after Air Jordan VII including the VII's multi colored zig zag pattern on the tongue, the tongue is also made of the same material as the inner booty from the AJ VII
Other features include a grey nubuck and white leather upper with Red accents, a silhouette of a rabbit in the infamous Jumpman logo over the word "HARE" and a "HARE" hit on the heel.
The Air Jordan 1 Retro Hare has begun to show up in the smaller mom and pop shops already and should see a wider release just in time for Easter and will retail for $110.
I was just over at That Girl's site when I saw she posted the following trailer for an updated version two of my favorite games Punch Out and the update to that, Mike Tyson's punch out.
The graphics look really crisp and have a anime feel to them, the trailer shows that some of the original characters such as Von Kaiser, Glass Joe,King Hippo, Doc and of course Little Mac will appear in this update.
Unfortunately for me this will be exclusive to wii which puts a small damper on things since I hate the wii and pretty much everything Nintendo puts out, that is unless a Nintendo higher up is miraculously reading this and wants to send free systems my way.
If that is indeed the case then Nintendo is tits! Look for Punch Out in stores May 22, 2009.
If a Nike dunk has the "SB" in front of it the shoe usually gets hyped up by the online sneaker community. If it is lacking the "SB" the dunk generally gets over looked regardless of how hot the shoe is.
Nike recently released a Nike Dunk High that's sure to generate buzz despite it not being from the Nike SB line. The orange Nike Dunk High premium is a update to the classic that features a nice crisp orange canvas material with a gum bottom. And features new updated technology including a new phylon midsole, zoom air, and full length athletic taping along the base of the shoe.

As has been the trend for the past few DPOTD posts today's entry is a representative of the World famous Suicide Girls website, Binah Suicide. Binah is a 23 year old SG from Uruguay with a phenomenal set of Diary Pillows. She's rapidly becoming one of my favorite SG's because 1) she looks amazing sans clothing and 2) when she's photographed from certain angles she looks a lot like Jennifer Love Hewitt.

Rapper slash actor Common recently sat down to talk about his upcoming clothing line that is a collaboration with computer giant Microsoft known as Softwear. In the interview Common talks about some of the concepts and inspiration behind the various T-Shirt designs.
The clothing line consists of 4 T-Shirt designs in several different colors and is currently only available in a few select markets to find out where the closet retailer is near you visit the official Microsoft Softwear site here.

Naturally 7 is a group of 7 musicians who use vocal play in their performances. The group originally formed in 1999 and over the past couple of years they've started becoming more widely known thanks in part to appearances on the Ellen Degeneres show and opening up for Jay Leno in Las Vegas.
Naturally 7 are Roger Thomas (musical director, arranger, 1st Baritone, Rap), Warren Thomas (percussion, guitar, clarinet, 3rd tenor) Rod Eldridge (1st tenor, scratching, trumpet), Jamal Reed (4th Tenor, electric guitar), Dwight Stewart (2nd baritone), Garfield Buckley (2nd Tenor, Harmonica) and “Hops” Hutton (Bass).

James Gunn and crew are back for another installment of the hugely popular PG Porn series. This time with the help Craig Robinson (The Office) and Sean Gunn (Gilmore Girls)they parody the popular porn site Bang Bus. Pornstars Marie Luv and Bree Olson also have cameos in the clip.
Nike and New Jersey Skate shop have teamed to collaborate on a upcoming SB dunk low that pays homage to New Jersey's first super hero and cult icon The Toxic Avenger.
The Toxic Avenger Nike SB Dunk Low will feature a colorway that pays homage to The Toxic Avenger's body & costume. The sample features a brown and red upper, pink swoosh, lime green midsole and a green outsole. Sources who are close with the shop say the final version will feature a clear outsole and mop strands for the laces.
No official release date has been announced at this time.
Aside from the first few audition shows I don't watch American Idol for the simple fact that I have no interest in seeing the next one hit wonder being crowned. That said it's no surprised that I missed the latest episode that featured a guest performance by Kanye West.
Maybe it's just me but, Kanye has no business appearing on a show that is a singing contest. Because He can't hold a tune. This completely contradicts everything that American Idol is about.
The same judges that in the past would critic contestants in the early rounds to the point of tears and embarrassment would no doubt do the same to Kanye if he were a no name who walked in to the auditions for a spot on the show.
So please explain to me why a guy who's relying on Auto tune to make crappy music would be allowed to appear on a show where the contestants are being judged on their pitch. If this was a mere ploy by the powers that be at Fox to draw in more ratings then finger of shame to them.
If it's ratings they're after then all they needed to do was give Renaldo Lapuz a call.
Disney gives us a early look at Tim Burton's take on Alice in Wonderland with the above image of Alice (Mia Wasikowska) peering down the rabbit hole.

Back in the mid 90s the rap scene was much different from what is reflected today. Artist weren't as focused on materialistic things the way today's artist are. Instead,the 90s rap era was filled with catchy hooks and riffs.
The 90s gave us hits from MC Hammer, The Beastie Boys, LL Cool J, A Tribe Called Quest and many others. But, no artist had a bigger hit than Vanilla Ice. Ice burst onto the scene and with the help of his song Ice Ice baby became a over night success.
While I was in junior high I couldn't escape the song every time I turned around someone was riding up and down the street in a camaro with Ice Ice baby cranked up to 11. EVERYONE and I do mean everyone loved the song that is until they found out Vanilla Ice was a white rapper (I guess the name VANILLA Ice wasn't hint enough).
Just as quick as he was adore he was chastised even quicker. Several years later Rob Van Winkle the artist formerly known as Vanilla Ice has issued a apology.
Maybe it's just me but, I'm not willingly to accept that apology. Despite the goofy clothing, ridiculous haircuts and lines in the eyebrows, Ice Ice Baby is a decent song. If Mr. Van Winkle wants to issue a apology then I suggest he apologize for not make a sequel to the cinematic classic known as Cool as Ice.
The cast for Slyvester Stallone's "The Expendables" continues to get more and more impressive. Sly, Mickey Rourke and Jason Statham will be joined by former WWE star Stone Cold Steve Austin and eye candy Charisma Carpenter of Buffy and Angel fame.

WWE alum "Stone Cold" Steve Austin and Charisma Carpenter have been added to the cast of "The Expendables," starring, written and directed by Sylvester Stallone. Cast includes Mickey Rourke and Jason Statham.
Austin recently wrapped fight pic "Damage" and inked a TV development deal with Original Media and Caliber Media. Carpenter just completed horror pics "House of Bones" and "Vivid."
At this point it's not known if Austin will portray a hero or villain in the film. While you pontificate on that enjoy some pics of the lovely Charisma Carpenter.
From the vaults of Low Budget Crew founder Kev Brown comes this exclusive track with Jewel. The track titled Lemon Drops and Clovers originally appeared on The Kev Brown Discography Mixtape in the form of a one minute snippet.
The track was recorded at DJ Jazzy Jeff's A Touch of Jazz Studio sometime in 2003 and has never been released entirely until now.

One of the most visually stunning moments in the Watchmen film takes place during the opening credits. I first saw this sequence last weekend at the Wondercon and was floored. After seeing it again Yesterday in theaters I still had that same astonished feeling while watching them.
yU+Co the company that did the sequence has it on their website but,since I like it so much I figured I'd go ahead and post it here as well.
Back in October I first wrote about a new campaign launched by The Whaleman Foundation, Heroes star and activist Hayden Panettiere and charity based website Social Vibe to collect 1 million signatures on a petition to stop commercial whaling that Hayden would personally deliver June 2009 at the International Whaling Commission meeting.
I've spent the proceeding months telling everyone who would listen about the petition and encouraged them to sign it. Through Digg and a few other sites I raised some interest but, it didn't seem to be enough. To date only 84,867 signatures have been collected, a far cry from the 1 million that is seeked.
Frustrated I contacted Social Vibe and voiced my opinion, mainly that a link to the petition should be placed back on the main page as, many people were having a hard time finding the petition. Apparently they listened to the concerns of not only myself but other users who expressed the same sentiments.
Today a new widget was launched in which you can take Hayden's petition with you and collect signatures from your friends without ever having to visit Social Vibe. Place the widget on your blog or social networking page (Myspace, Facebook etc)and spread the word about the petition even further.

While a great amount of buzz in the sneaker community has been about Kanye West's collaboration with Nike, The "Air Yeezy" as well as his collaboration with Louis Vuitton Kanye recently created more buzz during fashion week in London when he was spotted wearing a pair of New Balance.
Many speculated that the shoes Kanye had been spotted in were New Balance 988s. However, they are actually New Balance 997.5s that were a collaboration between New Balance and the high-fashion Japan based store United Arrows. These weren't widely released in the US but, can still be purchased through the United Arrows website for around $183.
After months and months of hype and speculation official pics of Kanye West's signature sneaker, The Nike Air Yeezy have hit the net. Three colorways are set to drop Black w/Pink accents, Zen grey/light charcoal and Net/Net (tan).
The Zen Grey colorway is set to release this month followed by the Black/pink colorway in April and finally the Net/Net colorway in May. All three colorways will be extremely limited and retail will be roughly $200.

Like many I to am feeling the effects of the recession. As a result I've had to scale back on several amenities. One such amenity I had to temporarily cancel was my membership to Suicide Girls. But while on Twitter today, one of my favorite suicide girls Sash announced that her latest set was up and ready to view.
That prompted me to take advantage of the emails SG had been sending for several weeks offering me a 1 year membership for half off. Upon browsing the site I noticed that another one of my favorite Suicide Girls had a new set go up while I was away.
That set is the inspiration for this blog entry and marks Zoli Suicide's debut in a Dairy Pillows Of The Day Post. At 5'6" Zoli Suicide packs a lot into a tiny frame (34-24-36). In addition to her work for Suicide Girls she's appeared on JustineJolie.com, the E! network, CSI:NY (as herself), Hustler's Taboo magazine, as well as her own website I heart Zoli, and of course on her Myspace page
